Maria Armoudian discusses these issues with Sanford Levinson.
Sanford Levinson is a Lecturer in the Department of Government at the University of Texas Law School. He is an expert in constitutional law and is the author of Framed: America’s 51 Constitutions and the Crisis of Governance.
