The United States takes great pride in its history as a technology leader globally. However, in the race for the autonomous car, China appears to be winning. What is the current status of this race? Philip Wilcox has an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California. His expertise is in analysing the economic, political, and security dynamics between the US and China. His new book is titled The Future is Autonomous: The U.S. and China Race to Develop the Driverless Car.
