A couple of weeks ago, the Green Party put forward a new bill surrounding organic farming in New Zealand as well as imports and exports. The bill outlines plans to get stricter on what is defined as Organic. However, there is no overarching consensus on what is defined as organic internationally. James Tapp spoke with Andrea Braakhuis about organics and how we can tell when something is an organic product.

Andrea Braakhuis is a Senior Lecturer in Nutrition at the University of Auckland. She is an expert in nutrition and dietetics.
