Sanford Levinson is a Professor of Political Science and Law at the University of Texas at Austin. He is an expert in constitutional and is is the author of Our Undemocratic Constitution: Where the Constitution Goes Wrong (And How We the People Can Correct It).

Mark Peterson is a Professor of Public Policy and Political Science Law at UCLA. He is an expert in American politics and is the author of Legislating Together: The White House and Capitol Hill from Eisenhower to Reagan.
