Saru Jayaraman is the Director of the Food Labor Research Center at the University of California, Berkeley. He is an expert in food policy and is the author of Behind the Kitchen Door.
Raj Patel is a Research Professor in the Lyndon B Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, Austin. He is an expert in food systems and is the author of Stuffed and Starved: The Hidden Battle for the World Food System.
